Latest release of monet adds support for exporting data to Fusion

12 October 2006 - Imagineer Systems, the UK-based innovators of next-generation VFX tools, announced today that its latest release of monet™ includes support for exporting tracking data to eyeon Software’s Fusion.

“monet is the ultimate 2D tracking tool and the ability to export tracking data to other compositing packages has always been a key feature of the product,“ says Imagineer CEO Allan Jaenicke. “Since the release of Fusion 5, we have seen increased demand for Fusion support and have now taken the first crucial step by adding support for exporting tracking data. The interest from Fusion users has been overwhelming.”

The benefits to Fusion users is the ability to use monet’s tracking toolset to generate more accurate 2D tracks faster than otherwise possible and then export the data to Fusion. This allows the Fusion user to apply the tracking data to various operations within Fusion.
